My journey with yoga began over five years ago — not in a studio, but as a personal refuge. At a time when I felt disconnected from my body and overwhelmed by the noise of everyday life, yoga offered me a path back to myself. It started with curiosity, then turned into discipline, and eventually became a deep love and lifestyle. Teaching was the next natural step — a way to offer others the same sense of clarity and inner grounding I had found.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of guiding practices in Romania, Spain, Portugal, and Croatia. Each place, each class, each person has taught me something new. My teaching is always evolving, shaped by my students, my travels, and the deep belief that yoga should be accessible, heartfelt, and real.

I offer four main class types: Yoga for Back Pain Release, The Story of Chakras, Yoga for Balance and Yoga for Stress Relief. Each class blends movement with intention, breath, and presence. 

Not at all. My classes are designed for every body, every level. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes — it’s about connecting with yourself, wherever you are.

For classes at the studio: Just yourself, comfortable clothes, and an open mind. Mats are provided, and I often offer tea after class to help you ground back into your day.

For classes in nature/online: Yourself, comfortable clothes, mat/towel, water and an open heart.

Each workshop has three parts: yoga, meditation, and a creative or reflective activity (like a vision board or journaling ritual). They’re soft, immersive, and designed to gently deepen your self-awareness.

Yes, spots are limited to keep the space intimate. You can DM me on Instagram or use the contact form on the site to book your spot.

Most of my sessions are in Romanian, but I can offer English/Spanish/German guidance too upon request — especially for international events/participants.
